Sat Isabgol (Psyllium Husk) is a natural vegetable product derived from Isabgol seeds by milling process. It is the highly purified upper coating of Plantago Ovata (Isabgol). Isabgol is an increasingly popular food supplement used for weight control and intestinal health. It is used as a natural laxative for relief from constipation. Simply mix two tablespoons of Telephone Sat Isabgol with water and drink. You may also take 5 to 10g of Isabgol with syrup, milk, fruit juice or salted curd or lassi.
