You must not misuse Modison. A violation may result in blocked access and legal action.

• Do not commit or encourage criminal offences.
• Do not transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful content.
• Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or bypass service security.
• Do not use automated tools to extract data without permission.

• Keep your sign-in details secure and your account information accurate.
• We may restrict access where we suspect misuse, fraud, security risks, or policy violations.

We try to keep product descriptions, images, prices, stock, promotions, and delivery options accurate, but errors may occur and final availability and totals are confirmed at checkout.

Return or refund requests must normally be raised within two days of delivery. Food, beverage, and grocery items can be returned or refunded only where faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under the Refund & Returns Policy or statutory rights.

You must accept these Terms and the current Review Guidelines before submitting a review. Reviews may be checked before publication and rejected, removed, restricted, reported, or retained for moderation records where appropriate.

Customers may report objectionable reviews and block reviewers. Modison may suspend review-posting access for serious or repeated violations.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
