Wallet Redeem Policy
Wallet settings are shared across connected storefronts and controlled from Manage Fees.
Modison Wallet Credit
Eligible customers receive the configured recurring wallet credit. Checkout applies the configured percentage to the Product + VAT total, up to the customer's available balance.
Wallet Credit
Eligible customers receive the recurring wallet amount configured by MODISON.
Redemption Limit Per Purchase
The configured wallet discount percentage is applied to the Product + VAT total, limited by the available wallet balance.
Shipping Excluded
Wallet credit reduces the Product + VAT total only. Shipping charges are added after the wallet discount.
Automatic Refill
When enabled, the configured recurring wallet amount is added automatically after the balance reaches zero.
Calculation
Product total + VAT - wallet discount + selected shipping charge = order total.
