• Product reviews, ratings, review reports, blocked-reviewer preferences, support messages, and other content you submit.
• Browsing and app data including IP address, browser or device information, push notification tokens, usage patterns, diagnostics, and security signals.
• Payment information is processed by trusted payment providers. We do not store full card details.

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy and our legal obligations.

Account deletion can be requested in Account Settings using password and email-code verification. The account is locked and scheduled for permanent deletion after 14 days, and may be recovered before the displayed deadline.

Profile data, authentication information, addresses, cart, wishlist, notifications, reviews, device tokens, and associated usage data are deleted. Orders, invoices, payments, refunds, and accounting records may be retained in minimised or anonymised form where law or legitimate obligations require it. UK company accounting records may be retained for six years from the end of the relevant financial year.

Deleted information in backups is placed beyond use until it expires under the established backup rotation schedule.

Application data may be retained for up to 12 months unless deletion is requested earlier. It is not sold and is shared only with relevant team members involved in hiring.
