1. Returns
Because Modison sells food, beverages, and groceries, return or refund requests must normally be raised within two days of delivery. We accept faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods and eligible non-perishable items that meet the conditions below.
This policy does not affect statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described, or otherwise protected by law.
- Make the request within two days of delivery.
- Keep eligible items unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
- Provide proof of purchase or the order number.
- Provide photographs when requested for damage, faults, incorrect goods, or quality concerns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Perishable, chilled, frozen, or fresh food.
- Opened food, drink, or grocery products.
- Goods with broken seals, packaging, or hygiene protection.
- Personalised or customised items.
- Health and hygiene goods such as underwear or opened cosmetics.
- Digital downloads or software once accessed.
3. Refunds
After review or inspection, we confirm approval or rejection. Requests after two days may be declined unless statutory rights apply. An approved full or partial refund is normally returned to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear.
4. Exchanges
We replace defective, damaged, or incorrect items where appropriate. Contact support with the order details so the available resolution can be confirmed.
5. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees may not be refundable unless Modison caused the issue or the law requires otherwise.
6. How to Return an Item
Contact Modison within two days of delivery with the order number, affected item, reason, and requested evidence. Support will confirm whether a return is required and provide instructions.
